A reluctant cyclist… but when my rugby career ended due to a serious neck injury, I needed to find another sport.

One Christmas present later (?) I found myself taking part in a triathlon. Since then I’ve done a few Ironman 70.3’s and been lucky enough to take part in a couple of the previous Ride4Life events.
