If it wasn’t for the post ride pints, the affinity to Andy Coles and his Ride4Life legacy, and Lycra(!) I wouldn’t be a (loosely termed) ‘cyclist’.

I hate the training, the bike maintenance, the quality of UK roads and having to endure Gav’s banter when I’m physically at my most vulnerable…can’t wait for this year!
