There are three main passions in life for me – Cycling, Sailing, and not least my wife. From a cycling perspective I got the bug as a kid with my BMX and haven’t really stopped cycling in some form since.

I mainly ride small 20/30 mile rides and try to get out a couple of times a week to keep the body and the brain in check. I am not winning any KOM records but the ability to take on the hills is strangely therapeutic and something I feel very lucky to be able to do.

My key cycling objective is to do Mount Ventoux one day, but for now taking on the ride4life again this year is a great opportunity to support such a worthy cause.
